KNUT HANSEN TONIC

Ingredients:

4cl KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN
10cl tonic water
Ice cubes
Orange zest

Preparation:

Pour KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN and tonic one at a time into a glass and stir with a stick. Add ice cubes and lemon slices as desired. Cheers!

KNUT HANSEN SOUR

Ingredients:

20g rhubarb (cut into cubes)
5cl KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN
2cl lemon juice
2cl rhubarb syrup
1 egg white

Preparation:

Place the diced rhubarb in a shaker and mash. Add KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup and egg white. Top with ice cubes and shake. Carefully pour the drink through a bar strainer into a KNUT HANSEN mug. Cheers!

KNUT HANSEN FIZZ

Ingredients:

6cl KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN
3cl sugar syrup
3cl lemon juice
1 egg white and soda

Preparation:

Squeeze lemon juice and refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours. Then shake all ingredients, except soda, in a shaker. Finally, strain through a fine sieve into a coupette glass and top with soda. Cheers!

COCKTAILS & LONGDRINKS

Grööntüüg

Ingredients:

8cl KNUT HANSEN
2cl lemon juice
2cl sugar syrup
Basil leaves
Ice

Preparation:

Place lemon juice, KNUT HANSEN and basil in a shaker and mash with a pestle. Add sugar syrup and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice to prevent the basil residue from spilling into the drink.

Blaue Deern

Ingredients:

4cl KNUT HANSEN
2cl Blue Curacao
2 tsp sugar
Lime juice (approx. 2 limes)
Sparkling water
Blueberries
Mint leaves
ice cubes

Preparation:

Mash blueberries until smooth. Place mint leaves and sugar in a shaker.
Add lime juice, KNUT HANSEN and pureed blueberries and shake vigorously. Pour into a large glass with ice and sparkling water and serve.

PLIETSCH TONIC

Ingredients:

4cl KNUT HANSEN
2cl vanilla syrup
Small apple
Thyme
250ml Apple tea (cold)
100ml tonic water
Ice cubes

Preparation:

Put ice cubes in a glass and pack thin apple slices and thyme. Next, add vanilla syrup and KNUT HANSEN. Top it all off with cool apple tea and tonic water.

KOOLT GRENADINE

Ingredients:

4cl KNUT HANSEN
2cl grenadine
200ml tonic water
Pomegranate seeds
Lime

Preparation:

First, place a handful of pomegranate seeds in a glass filled with ice cubes. This is followed by grenadine and KNUT HANSEN. The glass can be topped up with tonic water. Finally, decorate the glass with some lime.

BÜSCHEN BERRY

Ingredients:

4cl KNUT HANSEN
5 strawberries
1-2 tsp sugar
Lemon juice
Basil leaves
8cl sparkling water

Preparation:

Sprinkle finely chopped strawberries with sugar and mix with lemon juice.
In a short glass, gently mix two basil leaves and fill with ice. Then pour in strawberry mixture and KNUT HANSEN. Stir well and pour club soda.

PFIRSICH POTT

Ingredients:

4cl KNUT HANSEN
1/2 ripe peach
8cl tonic water
2cl lime juice
Crushed ice
Rosemary twig
Lime

Preparation:

Fill a glass with a few peach wedges and crushed ice.
Pour KNUT HANSEN over the ice, then pour in tonic and lime juice. 
Stir a few times and serve with a sprig of rosemary.
